Duties
- Plan and implement daily camp activities, including arts and crafts, sports, games, and educational programs.
- Supervise campers during activities to ensure safety and adherence to camp rules.
- Provide guidance and support to campers, helping them develop new skills and build confidence.
- Collaborate with fellow staff members to create a cohesive team environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the camp facilities and equipment.
- Communicate effectively with campers, parents, and other staff regarding schedules, activities, and any concerns.
- Participate in training sessions and staff meetings as required.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with children of various ages.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
