As a Fine Dining Server, you will be responsible for providing an outstanding dining experience for our guests, ensuring that every detail is attended to with precision and care.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly and present menus, providing detailed descriptions of menu items and specials.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately, utilizing the Aloha POS system for efficient processing.
- Serve food and beverages in accordance with fine dining standards, ensuring presentation and quality meet our high expectations.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase overall sales.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Assist in food preparation as needed, ensuring all dishes are prepared according to established recipes and standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and accurate order fulfillment.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, utilizing basic math skills for processing payments.
Skills
- Strong time management skills to efficiently manage multiple tables and prioritize guest needs.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and sanitation practices to ensure safety in food service.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations to maintain a safe dining environment.
- Proficient in basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling.
- Experience with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is preferred but not required.
- Ability to upsell menu items effectively while maintaining a focus on guest satisfaction.
- A background in fine dining service is highly desirable, showcasing an understanding of upscale dining etiquette and customer service excellence.
