We are seeking a skilled Scrum Master / Project-Portfolio Manager to oversee a large portfolio of projects, manage budgets, and produce executive-level reporting. This role requires proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with a strong preference for candidates with an infrastructure background. Due to the current cost-focused environment, we are seeking candidates who are competitively priced and immediately available.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and oversee a large portfolio of projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Serve as Scrum Master for Agile teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies and promoting Agile best practices.
- Lead traditional project management activities for teams working in Waterfall methodology.
- Develop executive-level reporting and dashboards, providing insights on project progress, budget, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and technical resources to ensure alignment on goals and project milestones.
- Use tools like JIRA, Confluence, and MS-Project to track project status, risks, and issues.
- Build and maintain portfolio dashboards and reports in Tableau for executive visibility.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring transparency and alignment on project status and priorities.
