Responsibilities :
- Lead BI Platform Development : Design, develop, and maintain a business intelligence platform with automated, self-service dashboards for key business functions.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders : Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to gather requirements, design solutions, and support real-time decision-making.
- Optimize Costs : Transition BI development in-house, reduce dependency on external vendors, and improve efficiency through automation.
- Enhance Efficiency : Automate insights to streamline analytics, allowing the team to focus on more strategic initiatives.
- Empower Stakeholders : Create user-friendly dashboards that foster data-driven decision-making across the organization.
- Drive Cross-functional Collaboration : Ensure seamless integration of BI solutions by facilitating collaboration between analytics, IT, and data warehouse teams.
