Business Development Manager

Are you looking to join an established Cell and Gene Therapy focused CDMO expanding across every area in the business? We are currently seeking an experienced Business Development Manager responsible for Central US territories. In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Developing sales strategies for assigned territory
• Manage new and existing business with Biotech, Pharma, and Academic relationships across the industry
• Attend relevant Cell and Gene Therapy conferences, and networking events

The ideal candidate:

• Proven track record in selling CDMO services across the drug development stages
• Understanding of molecular and cell biology, and selling services to cell and gene therapy clients (CRISPR, Viral Vector, Gene Cloning, mRNA therapeutics, nucleic acids, CAR-T)
• Knowledge of the sales cycle and KOLs for CGT biotech and Pharma clients
• Minimum of a BS, MS or PhD in a scientific field is a plus

We are particularly interested in candidates based in Chicago, St. Louis, TX, MI, MN, IA. However, we welcome applications from candidates based in Central US to Southwest regions.
