Job Title : Clinical Contracts and Budgets Specialist
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Site Agreements and Budget team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and managing site agreements and budgets to ensure efficient and effective operations.
Responsibilities :
- Prepare, negotiate, analyze, escalate, and finalize site agreements and budgets.
- Accelerate negotiations by adhering to budget parameters.
- Collaborate with legal stakeholders to negotiate contracts.
- Maintain regular communication and escalate issues to expedite planning, execution, issue resolution, and management of Site / Investigator agreements.
- Understand Site Activation requirements and manage contracting turnaround times to support study site authorization.
