Our client is a well-established medical device company seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Global Market Access and Value Evidence. This position plays a vital role in developing global market access strategies, including reimbursement, HTA, and value-based pricing.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive global market access strategies to ensure timely and successful product launches across priority markets.
- Conduct thorough market research and engage with external experts to identify key access requirements for pipeline products, informing strategic decisions.
- Perform evidence gap analysis and devise action plans for critical products and markets, ensuring seamless integration with cross-functional teams.
- Lead high-performing teams, fostering collaboration among Regional Market Access, Clinical Affairs, Medical Affairs, Brand Marketing, HEOR, and Government Affairs departments.
- Craft compelling global value propositions and value stories highlighting the product's significance to communities, and develop effective communication tools for regional and local teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred for advanced leadership roles.
- 5 years of relevant market access experience within the pharmaceutical, medical devices, diagnostics, or point-of-care diagnostics industries, demonstrating a strong understanding of healthcare dynamics.
- Knowledge of market access stakeholders, including payors and policymakers, and ability to analyze market trends and competitors.
- Strong organizational, project management, and cross-cultural experience, coupled with a deep understanding of clinical impacts on product value.
- In-depth knowledge of clinical aspects and how clinical results influence product value, as well as the competitive landscape.
