Your Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the brand team to ensure alignment on brand goals, strategies, and challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners and stakeholders to ensure research plans and projects align with business objectives.
- Lead and execute primary market research projects and contribute to the development of an insight-generation plan to meet brand needs.
- Support key annual initiatives such as Executive Reviews, Brand Planning, Budgeting, and business case development by providing objective insights.
- Help translate Brand Strategy into measurable insights and deliver them in a clear, concise manner to guide decision-making.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required, advanced degree preferred.
- Experience conducting market research or data analytics within the pharmaceutical industry.
- 4-6 years of analytics or market research experience.
- Proven ability to balance, manage, and prioritize complex projects.
