We are seeking a dynamic Sales Director to join our team in the thriving CDMO sector. This pivotal role calls for an experienced leader with profound knowledge of NGS Market and Technology, ideally from Sequencing machine manufacturing or related research fields.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Leverage your expertise in Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) technology to drive sales initiatives across diverse markets.
  • Lead and expand sales teams within the biotech industry focusing on strategic client management and market penetration.
  • Achieve ambitious revenue targets by implementing innovative commercial strategies tailored toward customer needs aligned with company goals.

Earnings & Compensation :

Attractive base salary of $190k alongside significant performance incentives including up to $54k commission upon reaching targeted milestones.

  • Sales Leadership : Demonstrated ability managing high-performing teams.
  • CRO Experience : Familiarity working closely within Contract Research Organizations.
