What are the responsibilities and job description for the Scientific Director position at EPM Scientific?
One of EPM's long-term medical communication agency partners is looking to hire some scientific standouts to join their promotional medical education/medical affairs teams. They're looking for Associate Scientific Directors (1.5-3 YoE) and Scientific Directors (3.5-6 YoE).
Your responsibilities as an A/SD:
- Content creation with deliverables like advisory boards, top-line/executive summaries, MOA/MOD videos, congress/booth materials, and more
- Be a medical lead and liaise with various internal stakeholders cross-functionally and external stakeholders at leading biopharmaceutical companies
- Mentor junior team members
Strong candidates will bring:
- A PhD
- Direct medical communications agency experience (see above)
- Med ed deliverable experience
- A desire to still be a content creator while also mentoring juniors
Logistics
- If you're near one of their offices in NY/Chicago, they'd love to have you come in on a hybrid schedule
