Role : Urology / Oncology Account Manager

Territory : West Virginia, Virginia, & Western PA (Pittsburgh)

Ideal Experience

  • 5-7 years Urology or Oncology Sales experience
  • Buy & bill, or experience with long sales cycles required
  • Demonstrated success & relationships within Urology and / or Oncology
  • Great Connections with KOL's at LUGPA's, Community Oncology offices and IDN's in the territory
  • Sales leadership experience preferred but not required
  • Experience partnering with GPO's (Group Purchasing Organizations) and understanding of trade / distribution models preferred
  • Ability to manage large territories with 2-3 overnights a week

Role Description

  • You will develop superior product and disease state knowledge and effectively educate and engage healthcare professionals
  • Responsible to meet and strive to exceed all quarterly and annual sales objectives by developing territory specific sales strategies and plans aimed at driving utilization within their defined geography
  • Achieve territory sales goals / targets on quarterly and / or annual basis
  • Partners with key stakeholders internal / external to help remove barriers to access
  • Leverages selling skills to increase overall sales

    Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. The salary range for this position is $180,000-200,000.
