One of our clients in Oil & Gas industry is seeking an AI Developer to join their Enterprise AI Team and contribute to backend AI projects. While deep AI expertise is not required, candidates must be proficient in C# and Python to support AI-driven applications. The role will involve working on enterprise AI chatbot solutions and backend systems within a Microsoft Azure environment.

Location: Houston, TX – Onsite (5 days a week)

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain backend mechanisms for enterprise AI solutions, particularly AI-driven chatbots.
- Work with Python to handle document ingestion from SharePoint and integrate backend AI functionalities.
- Support chatbot development using C# within Co-Pilot Studio, ensuring seamless integration with OpenAI services.
- Collaborate with Principal Developers to enhance system architecture and optimize AI-driven processes.
- Deploy, monitor, and optimize AI-based services within an Azure Cloud Environment.
- Ensure high-quality code development and system performance optimization.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to meet business requirements and improve AI applications.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong proficiency in C# and Python – these are must-have skills for backend development.
- Experience working with Microsoft Azure, particularly with AI-related services.
- Basic experience with AI technologies, particularly OpenAI-based models.
- Hands-on experience with Co-Pilot Studio for chatbot development.
- Familiarity with enterprise-scale applications, particularly chatbot solutions deployed via Microsoft Teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative development environment.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Azure AI Stack, including Azure Cognitive Services.
- Knowledge of cloud-based AI deployment and automation.
