Our client is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager, Branding & Imaging to lead branding and imaging projects across new and existing locations. This role is pivotal in vendor and contractor management, budget forecasting, and ensuring brand compliance for capital projects. The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise, financial forecasting abilities, and experience in branding or construction management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee branding and imaging projects to ensure timely execution and compliance with brand standards.
- Manage vendor/contractor performance, bid processes, and cost-effective selection.
- Track and manage capital spend forecasts to maintain budget accuracy.
- Identify and remove obstacles to keep projects moving forward.
- Lead corporate initiatives focused on brand refresh and imaging updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, operations, and marketing.
- Utilize tools like SAP, Salesforce, and Smartsheet to streamline project management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (preferred).
- 8 years of experience in branding, imaging, or construction project management.
- 5 years in project management (PMP certification preferred).
- Expertise in Microsoft Office (Excel), SAP, Salesforce, and Smartsheet.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
This position is onsite in Dallas, TX, with minimal travel required (<5%).
