As we expand into new categories, we are seeking a Licensing and Brand Development Manager to play a pivotal role in driving our licensed and sublicensed brands, fostering key partnerships, and ensuring the successful growth of our brand portfolio. This role involves identifying and negotiating licensing agreements, managing sublicensing partnerships, and ensuring brand integrity across all licensed products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of intellectual property management, contract negotiation, and brand development strategies within the manufacturing industry.
This role does not directly integrate with the business operations staff but may occasionally involve communicating with them for specific appointments or scheduling purposes.
This position works out of our Boca Raton office following a hybrid work schedule.
Key Responsibilities :
Licensing & Sublicensing Management
- Develop and execute licensing strategies to expand the company's brand and product reach.
- Identify and secure licensing partners, negotiating favorable terms and ensuring compliance with contractual agreements.
- Manage sublicensing agreements, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and business objectives.
- Work closely with finance team to structure licensing deals, contracts, and royalty agreements.
