EpochGeo is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mid-level HUMINT Targeting Specialist to join our team in supporting one of the most dynamic and rapidly evolving offices in the national security sector.

Job Overview:
In this role you will support CI/HUMINT Targeting and Lead Development Operations by conducting research, analysis, and creating relevant documents. You must have an extensive knowledge and expertise in the mission and be skilled in responding to urgent tasks, delivering briefings, and providing general support in HUMINT Targeting, Source Management, and Asset Validation.
What you will be doing:
- Assisting collectors by conducting research, analysis, and drafting CI/HUMINT Lead Sheets, CI/HUMINT Support Packages (OSPs), and CI/HUMINT Asset Validation Packages to support CI/HUMINT Targeting and Lead Development Operations.
- Gathering and analyzing Publicly Available Information (PAI) using managed attribution research tools to assist in CI/HUMINT Targeting Lead Development Operations.
- Responding to urgent or crisis-driven tasks, delivering briefings, and performing other responsibilities in support of CI/HUMINT Targeting and Lead Development, HUMINT Source Management/Asset Validation, and General Support Activities.
- Identifying, coordinating, de-conflicting, and correcting records in the Source Operations Management Module (SOMM) database to support HUMINT operations and source management.
- Providing leadership and/or contributing WAR input as a team lead or branch chief as required.
Qualifications:
- 8 years experience and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field with at least a portion of the experience within the last two years.
- Possesses extensive knowledge and expertise in the mission, demonstrating successful completion of all developmental training and experiences for the labor category.
- Capable of interpreting information that may be incomplete, indirect, highly complex, seemingly unrelated, or technically advanced.
- Skilled in structuring analysis based on reporting trends and incorporating diverse analytic perspectives from other analysts, organizations, and intelligence disciplines.
- Able to work autonomously with minimal supervision and guidance.
- Proficient in collaborating with other IC members for information sharing, driving collection efforts, and addressing analytic disagreements and conflict resolution.
- Adept at producing clear, insightful, and comprehensive defense intelligence products.
- Experienced in leading teams to research and resolve multifaceted or high-priority issues.
Additional:
- Must hold a TS/SCI clearance and be willing to submit for a CI Poly

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
