Salary: $42,500 OTE (Plus Bonus Pay)

Role Description:
As a Sales Account Manager, your role will be crucial in growing the product adoption and overall success of our customers that have a turnover ranging from £1m - £5m. You will be responsible for maximizing customer loyalty and retention. You’ll be growing the business value of customers through a consultative approach, prospecting, building relationships, and signing up new contracts.
You will need to understand your customers exact needs and collaborate with your partners to create a solution using Epos Now products that allows their business to succeed.
Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation
- Identify and research potential clients in the mid-market segment through self-generation lead generation.
- Generate new business opportunities by actively utilizing the current direct lead flows.
Client Engagement
- Engage with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target enterprises.
Product Knowledge
- Develop a deep understanding of the product or suite of products being offered.
- Ensure you are fully up-to-speed with all products and future roadmaps and releases.
Sales Presentations and Demonstrations
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of the SaaS solution.
Problem Solving
- Collaborate with the product development and support teams to overcome client concerns or potential blockers.
- Ensure that proposed solutions align with the client's business goals.
Contract Negotiation
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing to maximize revenue while ensuring client satisfaction.
Strategic Account Management
- Foster and nurture relationships with customers, understanding their business needs, objectives, growth potential and challenges.
Strategic Account Planning
- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans for each customer
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the product meets or exceeds customer expectations, including any service issues.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with internal teams such as product development and service to enhance customer satisfaction and address evolving business needs.
- Coordinate and lead cross-functional efforts to deliver exceptional service and value to key customers
