Responsibilities
- Manage office operations, including clerical tasks and administrative support.
- Assist in job planning and logistics for company meetings.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and vendor management.
- Oversee human resources functions such as onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
- Handle incoming calls and manage phone systems effectively.
- Organize and file documents to ensure easy access to information.
- Assist in developing office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Support team members with various administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office management or a related administrative role.
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in using office software and phone systems.
- Experience in event planning is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while prioritizing responsibilities.
- Familiarity with vendor management processes is desirable.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
Estimating/take-off experience is a plus
Previous Office Assistance experience is a plus.
