What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist/Order Entry Specialist position at Epoxy Warehouse USA?

Are you a people person with computer skills? Are you energetic, have great attention to detail, and able to lift 45 lbs on occasion? Are you eager to learn new things and stay & grow with a position & company? If so, this may be the position for you.
Through weekly staff meetings, you'll be learning all the selling points of epoxy flooring materials. You'll also get a chance to expand your office skills by working along side team members with decades of experience.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Greet visitors and callers.
- Process customer orders utilizing QuickBooks with accuracy.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide detailed product information.
- Follow-up with customers & carriers to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of orders and customer interactions.
- Assist in inventory management and report any discrepancies.
**Qualifications:**
- Stable work history.
- English/Spanish required.
- Ability to follow verbal and/or written instructions.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation & ability to run errands.

Expected hours: 40 per week
