We are seeking a passionate and skilled Lead Dental Assistant to join our team. As a Lead Dental Assistant, you will set an example for the team, oversee clinical operations, and ensure the highest standards of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory & Equipment Management:Order and maintain dental supplies, coordinate equipment repairs, and ensure routine maintenance.

• Staff Supervision:Partner with the Practice Administrator and doctor to manage staff schedules, facilitate morning huddles, and ensure adherence to protocols.

• Compliance:Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly checklists for OSHA, BORID, HIPAA, CDC, and other regulations.

• Clinical Excellence:Ensure proper patient management, treatment room sterilization, and records management.

Qualifications:

• Registered Dental Assistant and radiology certification in Oregon.

• 2 years of dental assisting experience, preferably in endodontics and a leadership role.

• Competency in administering endodontic-specific x-rays, CBCT scans, nitrous oxide, and sterilization techniques.

• N2O and CPR certification (or to obtain within 90 days of hire).

• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Technical proficiency with dental scheduling, MS Office, and preferably Endovision software.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with TDO and/or Endovision software.

• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

• Knowledge of head/neck anatomy and dental materials.
