We are seeking a passionate and skilled Lead Dental Assistant to join our team. As a Lead Dental Assistant, you will set an example for the team, oversee clinical operations, and ensure the highest standards of patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory & Equipment Management:Order and maintain dental supplies, coordinate equipment repairs, and ensure routine maintenance.
Staff Supervision:Partner with the Practice Administrator and doctor to manage staff schedules, facilitate morning huddles, and ensure adherence to protocols.
Compliance:Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly checklists for OSHA, BORID, HIPAA, CDC, and other regulations.
Clinical Excellence:Ensure proper patient management, treatment room sterilization, and records management.

Qualifications:
Registered Dental Assistant and radiology certification in Oregon.
2 years of dental assisting experience, preferably in endodontics and a leadership role.
Competency in administering endodontic-specific x-rays, CBCT scans, nitrous oxide, and sterilization techniques.
N2O and CPR certification (or to obtain within 90 days of hire).
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Technical proficiency with dental scheduling, MS Office, and preferably Endovision software.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with TDO and/or Endovision software.
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
Knowledge of head/neck anatomy and dental materials.
