What are the responsibilities and job description for the Channel Support Specialist position at Eppendorf?
Your challenges
- Develop a complete understanding of Eppendorf content systems and channel partner content management systems. Maintain a database of product information that includes all relevant channel partner-required elements.
- Ensure thorough completion and timely submission of all portfolio updates to partners, including product additions/discontinuations, promotions, specifications, and regulatory information.
- Support website enrichment process for channel partner eCommerce platforms
- Build and foster relationships with counterparts and key personnel in the channel ecosystem.
- Continuously work to identify and act on opportunities to enrich Eppendorf’s products on channel partner websites. Work with relevant cross-functional teams to report incorrect, outdated or missing data within Eppendorf databases.
- Follow and ensure accurate SOP documentation for key processes.
- Facilitate improved communication and increased information detail from all channels to aid in Eppendorf’s commercial efforts
- Ensure thorough completion of forms and documents, and assist with the creation of reports and presentation material for use internally and externally.
- Respond to channel-related inquiries in a timely manner and prioritize requests appropriately.
- Facilitate the coordination of key channel meetings, events, and training.
- Work to drive cross-functional alignment across sales, service, and marketing to provide business support and visibility for all channel efforts. Support the creation and execution of annual channel partner media plans.
- Remote work with the ability to travel in to Framingham MA as needed
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years of related work experience
- Expert in Excel and Experience with Database Systems (SQL and PIM)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Powerpoint) and other Microsoft programs (Teams, Dynamics 365, Power BI)
- Compensation $75k-$90k annually
