Position Summary
As the NetSuite Solutions Manager, you will oversee all aspects of NetSuite administration and configuration, across the CRM; finance, ordering, and fulfillment; and ecommerce functional components, including documentation and governance related to system updates and changes. You will lead NetSuite-related projects across these key areas, ensuring deliverables meet business requirements, adhere to quality standards, and are fully tested. This role requires deep functional and technical expertise in NetSuite, with the ability to configure, optimize, and troubleshoot the platform. Ideally, you will also have some NetSuite development experience to support customizations, scripting, and integrations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee NetSuite and NetSuite-related projects, including implementations, enhancements, integrations, and business initiatives across CRM, finance and ordering, and ecommerce.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize NetSuite customizations, scripts, and integrations to enhance functionality and support evolving business needs.
- Analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement NetSuite solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure deliverables meet business requirements, adhere to quality standards, and are thoroughly tested and validated before deployment.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align NetSuite initiatives with business priorities and to ensure seamless system integrations.
- Create and manage custom fields, records, forms, workflows, reports, dashboards, and saved searches.
- Assist with daily operations and maintenance of the NetSuite platform.
- Stay updated on NetSuite releases and new functionalities.
- Support change management processes.
- Oversee overall platform administration, performance, security, and compliance.
Minimum Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience with NetSuite ERP, CRM, and Ecommerce, including system implementation, configuration, customization, and administration.
- NetSuite Administrator certification or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Experience managing NetSuite projects, including integrations and process improvements.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders—both internal team members and external partners—in the implementation and optimization of NetSuite solutions.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities, coupled with thorough attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines, both independently and as part of a team.
- Deep expertise in NetSuite’s cloud platform, integrations, and data migration tools. Experience with NetSuite SuiteScript, workflows, automation, and SuiteFlow. Proven ability to manage complex projects and collaborate across internal teams and external vendors.
- Proficiency with SuiteCommerce, including customization and integration.
- Strong understanding of core financial processes (Quote to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, etc.) and sales processes (Lead to Opportunity, Opportunity to Order, Order to Fulfillment, etc.).

Compensation Range: The annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 plus an annual bonus. The actual base pay offered is determined by several variables, such as the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, education, location, and market conditions. Base pay is one component of EPS Learning's total compensation package, which also includes a generous benefits package, 401k plan, as well as bonus.
