Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Sales Representative to join our team and drive sales and business development for our integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Identify client needs and present tailored solutions, including CCTV, fire, access control, intrusion detection, and other security technologies.
  • Generate leads, conduct sales presentations, and negotiate contracts.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless implementation of solutions.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts for management.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in security and fire system sales, technology sales, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of security integration solutions (CCTV, access control, intrusion, fire detection, and networking).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage the full sales cycle.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • A results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Valid driver's license, insurable by our company provider and willingness to travel as needed.
