What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Care Representative position at EPS Security?
EPS is looking for a talented individual for the position of Customer Care Representative . This person will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Work with other departments to resolve customer inquiries and concerns.
- Assist with collections and A/R tasks.
- Meet email processing and call handling metrics.
- Assist with various administrative duties as assigned.
Job Requirements :
- A high school diploma or GED.
- One (1) to three (3) years data entry experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft programs (Word, Excel and Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal skills needed to deal courteously with co-workers and customers.
- Organizational skills required and ability to effectively prioritize work to meet required deadlines.
- Must be detail oriented and exhibit a high degree of accuracy.
- Three (3) plus years’ experience in customer service preferred.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and have a passion to help others.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
