EPS Technicians are trained to work on state-of-the-art brands, such as First Alert®, DMP®, Digital Watchdog®, Notifier®, DSX®, and more.
The Job
- Install burglar alarm, fire alarm, card access, and video surveillance systems.
- Perform system checks to confirm signal verification.
- Provide reliable, high quality customer support.
- Instruct customer on system operation and functionality.
- Complete all required paperwork in a timely manner.
- Maintain a cleaned, organized, and stocked vehicle.
Your Skills
- High school diploma or GED.
- Basic knowledge of electricity.
- Ability to use hand tools.
- Effective interpersonal skills necessary to verbally communicate with customers and coworkers.
- Analytical abilities to determine most effective layout of system.
