- Utilize effective phone etiquette during all interactions to create a positive customer experience.
- Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer requests or provide information about products and services.
- Collaborate with sales teams to address customer needs and facilitate successful transactions.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently when required.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
- Assist customers in resolving issues or complaints by identifying the root cause and providing appropriate solutions.
- Stay informed about product offerings and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Support multilingual customers by utilizing bilingual skills when necessary.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills in English; multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures is a plus.
- Proficient typing skills for accurate data entry and documentation.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure while addressing customer concerns.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
