Job Summary
The Warehouse General Labor is responsible for the company's designated warehouse facilities' accuracy and organization. The Position requires fast paced, trustworthy, motivated, detail-oriented individuals to come in and make an immediate impact
Responsibilities
- Pack and unpack items to be stocked on shelves in stockrooms, warehouses, or storage yards.
- Store items in an orderly and accessible manner in the warehouse.
- Examine and inspect stock items for wear or defects, reporting any damage to supervisors
- Maintain updated/accurate inventory.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while working in the manufacturing environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a manufacturing facility or warehouse setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of general warehousing practices
- Knowledge of proper lifting and carrying techniques for loads up to 40 lbs
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while being self-motivated.
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
