Project Coordinator:
EPS is seeking project coordinator position.
Responsibilities
- Help the sales manager with various duties.
- Interface with EPS offices to identify target customers and opportunities
- Interface with customers and EPS offices on request for proposals (RFP)
- Complete substation services method of procedure (MOP) for setting up a job
- Source equipment for job specifics
- Issue purchase order (PO) request
- Update proposal folders
- Follow up on RFP issued to customers and EPS office
- Work closely with projects managers on job by job basis
Qualifications
- Ability to read electrical drawings and nameplates
- Excellent work ethic.
- Clean, neat and professional appearance.
- Valid driver’s license
- Advanced computer skills – Microsoft Word, Excel, outlook, power point, MS project
- Willingness to travel 15-20 % of the time. No restrictions on flying.
Desired Qualifications/Certifications (NOT required)
- Some knowledge of electrical equipment
- Minimum 2 year degree/certificate in electrical/mechanical study is a plus, but not necessary.
