Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of food processing equipment, production areas, and warehouse spaces.
- Utilize appropriate cleaning agents and techniques to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Conduct routine inspections of cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the facility.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of production lines as needed.
- Handle heavy lifting tasks associated with moving equipment or materials during the cleaning process.
- Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules and tasks completed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols.
Requirements
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning, industrial cleaning, or custodial work is preferred.
- Familiarity with food processing or food production environments is a plus.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job duties.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high sanitation standards.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and safety practices related to sanitation.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including evenings or weekends.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed
