About Us: Innovative Hardware Inc. dba EPS is an established integration company that was recently acquired by Rocky Rodriguez and Mike Wackerly. EPS offers system design, installation, service, and monitoring for a majority of Division 27 and 28 construction - including intrusion, access, fire, CCTV, and sound systems, for clients throughout the country.
Job Description: We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee the design, implementation, and execution of integration projects. The ideal candidate will manage project timelines, coordinate with clients and vendors, and ensure seamless integration of customer systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage system integration projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project success.
- Oversee the installation and configuration of systems (CCTV, access control, alarm systems, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions.
- Prepare project reports, as-builts, and documentation – including close-out documentation.
- Oversee and ensure client training is completed satisfactorily, providing necessary support and resources as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (not required but recommended) in Engineering, IT, Security Management, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience (if no degree, more experience will be required) in system integration or project management.
- Strong knowledge of CCTV, access control, intrusion, fire detection, and networking.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
- Strong communication and client management abilities.
- PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
- AutoCAD experience is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and insurable by our company provider.
