The Warehouse Clerk will work closely with team members to maintain a smooth workflow and ensure that all products are accurately processed and dispatched.
Duties
- Perform order picking and packing for customer shipments, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Assist in the shipping and receiving processes, including loading and unloading packages.
- Maintain an organized warehouse environment by stocking shelves and managing inventory levels.
- Utilize basic math skills to verify quantities of received and shipped items.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as reach trucks safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure stock levels are maintained.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while working in the warehouse.
Skills
- Proficient in order fulfillment processes with a strong attention to detail.
- Basic math skills for accurate counting and verification of inventory.
- Experience with order picking techniques and practices.
- Familiarity with operating reach trucks or similar warehouse equipment is preferred.
- Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures within a distribution center environment.
