The Lead Software Engineer will report to the Engineering Manager and collaborate with cross-functional teams on a day-to-day basis. You will have the opportunity to provide technical guidance and leadership to junior developers on the team. You will work on innovative data solutions for social media, search, and digital ads within a Big Data environment. You will have the opportunity to contribute to exciting projects, aligned with Epsilon's goals and initiatives, while upholding Epsilon's core values.
What You’ll Achieve
- Build and maintain complex data solutions for high-volume applications, including new systems.
- Create reusable output and processes as you implement each solution.
- Ensure test coverage in support of our continuous integration environment and drive code quality.
- Ensure that code written by other developers meets the technical specifications and coding standards of the team.
- Use agile and DevOps methodologies to help drive continuous improvement.
Who You Are
B.S. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
Experience with Hadoop, Spark, and Scala.
