Epsilon is seeking an Advisor, Human Resources (HR) Program Manager to manage a variety of programs and project workstreams supporting HR Business Partners’ efforts . The Advisor, Program Manager will be responsible for turning strategy into action, managing projects and timelines, assessing processes for improvements, supporting change management and using data to make informed recommendations.

The Advisor, Program Manager will be responsible for turning strategy into action, managing projects and timelines, assessing processes for improvements, supporting change management and using data to make informed recommendations.
What You’ll Achieve
- Turn strategy into action: The HR Program Manager will take strategic vision and translate it into actionable projects, including managing timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure that the strategic goals are achieved effectively and efficiently.
- Operational Efficiency & Streamlining of Processes:The HR Program manager will lead initiatives that will assess and optimize internal processes.
- Data and Reporting / Providing Insights: The HR Program Manager will collect, analyze, and present data related to ongoing projects, including partnering with the HR Data and Insights team. This data will help the HR Leadership team make informed decisions, identify trends, and assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives, thereby facilitating strategic planning.
- Stakeholder & Change Management: Whether it's implementing a new HR software, restructuring teams, or rolling out new policies, the HR Program Manager will ensure that changes are smoothly integrated into the company. Effective change management will minimize disruptions and help employees adapt more quickly, ensuring business continuity.
- Project and Program Accountability and progress tracking:The HR Program Manager will track the progress of assigned HR projects and programs, ensuring they stay on track and within scope. They will provide regular updates to leadership, highlighting any issues or delays, which will allow intervention or strategy adjustments as needed.
- What you’ll bring with you:
- 5 years of project/program management experience
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally within a global environment
- Ability to present to various audiences, and influence with ideas
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Project and the ability to demonstrate this knowledge
- Why you might stand out from other talent:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
- Moderate Excel skills as it relates to reporting and the use of data to inform decision making
- Experience taking direction from leaders outside of direct chain of management
