- SHIFT: 36 hours/week M-F , Days Shift.
- ABOUT: work within patient homes, and inpatient facility; Some Hospice Volunteer Coordination; bereavement
- License: WY license needed LCSW
- RADIUS RULE: 100 mile RADIUS RULE. We will not accept a traveler that has a perm address within 100 miles of our hospital.
- Guaranteed Hours:36
- Pay Rate: $65/hr
- Gross Rate: $2340/Wk
