Epsilon C5I, focused on software development, intelligence production, and systems engineering for ISR operations, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Full-Time Scrum Master. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in guiding and supporting our development teams in the adoption and implementation of Agile principles, with a focus on the Scrum framework. Scrum Master will support the National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC) by performing activities focused on assisting the Air Force move forward with digital transformation. Successful candidates will have strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Scrum events, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure a clear and prioritized backlog.
- Remove impediments and promote a culture of continuous improvement within the teams.
- Coach and mentor team members on Agile best practices.
- Foster collaboration and communication between cross-functional teams.
- Ensure that the Scrum framework is followed and adapted as necessary.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science (Preferably in a STEM field).
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) with 3 years’ experience preferred.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and the Scrum framework.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to facilitate and lead cross-functional teams.
- Adept at identifying and resolving impediments to team progress.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Project, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Effective team player with highly proficient customer service skills.
- Flexible and able to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
- Pursuant to the various government contractual requirements, all applicants must be U.S. Citizens.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Additional Agile certifications (CSPO, SAFe, etc.).
- Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, etc.
- Familiarity with software development processes.

- Regular communication (hearing/speaking).
- Noise conditions range from very quiet to very noisy.
- Prolonged use of computer (typing/keyboarding).
- Frequently required to sit for long periods of time, stand, and walk.
- Ability to travel by car, air or other means of transportation, if required.
