Epsilon Systems Solutions, Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Archaeological Field Director in Las Cruces, New Mexico.
Summary :
Responsible for project management, report preparation, supervision of Cultural Resources Management (CRM) field staff conducting archaeological survey, site recording, excavation, and / or mitigation. The ideal candidate must demonstrate effective communication, organization, and leadership skills with relevant regional experience in all phases of CRM.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Serve as the cultural resource lead for complex cultural resource investigations.
- Plan, conduct, and lead cultural resources surveys, site recording, excavations, monitoring, and other fieldwork duties.
- Assist staff with permit compliance and other agency / regulatorystipulations.
- Assist Principal Investigators with preparation of cultural resources reports, research designs, treatment plans, and other technical documents.
- Maintain quality assurance / quality control protocols to ensure delivery of high quality technical documents.
- Management and supervision of staff members for cultural resource investigations throughout New Mexico.

Pay Range :
The pay range for this role is $60,000 to $80,000 Per Year. This is a reasonable estimate for this role. Individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
