Position Summary :
This individual will lead the development, configuration, and testing of critical program systems. This role requires a hands-on professional with a strong background in network technologies, Linux administration, and virtual environments. The selected individual will lead a team of five (including ISSM, ISSE, and System Administrators), ensuring the success of key initiatives through effective leadership and technical expertise.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Develop, identify, and prioritize configurations for program systems to meet operational needs.
- Design and implement router and switch configurations to optimize network performance and security.
- Collaborate on the development of testing strategies, test cases, plans, and reports.
- Support and actively participate in the execution of software regression testing.
- Evaluate emerging system and network technologies and provide recommendations for integration.

Pay Range :
The pay range for this role is $100,000 To $130,000 Annually. This is a reasonable estimate for this role. Individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to : business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

Frequently required to sit for long periods of time, stand, walk, and may occasionally lift and move at least 25 pounds.
