What are the responsibilities and job description for the Early Careers Program Coordinator position at Epsilon?
Epsilon is seeking an Early Careers Program Coordinator to join the Campus Recruiting team. As an Early Careers Program Coordinator you will support and execute all Early Career Programs at Epsilon including the New Grad and Intern Programs while engaging and developing talent. A successful associate will have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and forge and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities May Include (All or Some) Tasks Below:
- Support the onboarding and continual program engagement for new grads and interns for a best in class experience
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders including Campus Recruiters, members of the Human Resources department, and IT to assist with a successful class onboarding
- Help to coordinate and schedule program trainings in conjunction with the L&D team while measuring the effectiveness through surveying the participants
- Help to ensure career satisfaction and development of program participants through routine check ins
- Create and distribute monthly newsletters to program participants and leadership with program highlights
- Collaborate with Epsilon’s DE&I team through programmatic components and community involvement

Assist with thoughtful programming engagements such as: o Ordering materials for welcome packages and organizing shipping logistics
- Planning and coordinating social events
- Assigning and preparing mentors for program participants
- Soliciting internal speakers for Lunch and Learn sessions and associate panels
- Developing relationships with community partners for volunteering opportunities
- Other Early Careers Programs related projects as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 0-3 years of professional experience with an interest in talent acquisition preferred
- Strong relationship management skills
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills required
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Team-oriented, comfortably establishes rapport across virtual/remote relationships
