IT Business Analyst w/Order to Cash Experience

Description:

• Client is going to be implementing a new Vendor Software Application to handle their Gas Processes. It is called nGenue.
• Please make sure that their resume matches this requirement. Must have worked in Order to Cash process.
• There is a Very Common process within Utility industry and it is Called "Order to Cash"
• SAP and Oracle also have a sub module that handles this process...

Specific to GPO

• Experience with customer data conversions
• Experience with vendor solutions configuration, release management
• Knowledge of nGenue application
• Strong understanding of Order to Cash process
• Understanding of system integrations

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify appropriate solutions and strategies which support business strategies and accomplish goals.
• Maintain relationships with business and IT partners to build influence and secure buy-in for governance functions.
• Create and refine the backlog in collaboration with the PO, deliver backlog refinement and sprint review documentation
• Assist with planning and coordination of requirements to drive solutions
  • Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions
  • Identify appropriate solutions and strategies that support business unit strategies and accomplish goals
  • Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders, producing useful user stories and requirements

• Apply technical knowledge to assist team thru queries, data analysis, data repair, and code development
• Collaborate with developer and tester to ensure stories are clear and concise and there is a shared understanding of the intent of the work item
• Create and implement release notes and work item closeout
• Develop documentation that tracks dependencies and backlog N 2
• Maintain and enhance engagement with business, IT partners and other stakeholders . Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings; lead collaboration of stakeholders
• Along with PO, manage the impact of changes on stakeholders, identifying potential risks, and helping to develop and implement change management plans
• Follow the Constellation Agile practice utilizing the RACI for teams and projects.
• Experience in Energy/Utility Industry preferred, understanding of utility markets, including regulatory requirements
• Advanced SQL skills
