Position Summary:
Under the direction of the State Director of HOMEBUILDERS the incumbent will perform a variety of general office clerical and administrative tasks related duties in support of the HOMEBUILDERS teams.
- Understands and follows personnel policies and practices as outlined in the "Staff Manual".
- Assists the State Director and HOMEBUILDERS team with any needed administrative duties.
- Maintains and develops a clinical filing system.
- Facilitates the coordination of data and produces reports.
- Corresponds with HOMEBUILDERS Directors, HOMEBUILDERS Specialists and referral partners to receive appropriate intake paperwork.
This position will be located in the Upstate (Greenville) area.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED.
Two years administrative experience or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
Computer experience and/or training in Microsoft and Excel.
Exhibits strong customer service and communication skills (verbal and written).
Has a belief system and engages in faith practices that are compatible with those of the United Methodist Church.
Must be able to pass standard background checks, including: drug screen, employment physical, SLED, DSS Central Registry and Sex Offenders Registry.
