Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive pay starting at sixteen dollars per hour
Flexible scheduling options:
Sunday, Monday, Tuesday from 7AM to 7PM
Thursday, Friday, Saturday from 7AM to 7PM
A $500 sign-on bonus for new full-time CNAs
Responsibilities:
As a Certified Nurse Aide, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the well-being of our residents by providing compassionate and hands-on care. Your key responsibilities will include:
Assisting residents with personal care needs, including bathing, grooming, toileting, and nourishment
Performing household tasks to maintain a comfortable living environment
Observing and reporting any changes in residents' conditions to the charge nurse
Serving meals in a courteous and professional manner
Responding promptly to call lights to ensure residents feel safe and supported
Maintaining required certifications, including CNA, CPR, and First Aid
Qualifications:
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about caregiving and meet the following qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification in the state
Current CPR and First Aid certification through the American Heart Association
