- No Late Nights: Earliest start time is 5:30 AM, and you'll be done by 7:00 PM.

- Weekday shifts with some weekend availability required.
Cook Responsibilities:
As a key part of our kitchen team, you’ll:
- Prepare meals following approved menus and processes, including washing, peeling, cutting, and prepping a variety of foods.
- Store food properly, maintaining clean and organized storage areas.
- Label and date food items to ensure a first-in/first-out rotation.
- Track temperatures with log sheets to ensure food safety standards.
- Clean and sanitize workspaces, utensils, and equipment.
- Collaborate with teammates using a team-first approach.
- Maintain safety and security, including locking up and ensuring all equipment is off at the end of service.
- Support general kitchen operations and complete additional tasks as assigned.
