What You’ll Do:
- Lead & Inspire: Oversee the nursing department in the absence of the Administrator and ensure top-quality care for residents
- Drive Excellence: Develop and continuously improve nursing practices, policies, and job descriptions to elevate standards
- Empower Your Team: Recruit, train, and evaluate nursing personnel, creating a culture of ongoing growth and development
- Collaborate for Care: Work with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate seamless care for our residents
- Ensure Compliance & Safety: Stay ahead of regulations, ensuring our practices meet the highest standards and prioritize resident safety
- Make Life-Changing Decisions: Oversee care plans, clinical records, and coordinate transfers to ensure residents receive the best care possible
- A visionary Registered Nurse (RN) with leadership experience in nursing or healthcare
