- Prepare and serve meals with care and courtesy
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas, including bussing tables, refilling drinks, and resetting dining spaces
- Observe residents’ conditions and report any changes to the Charge Nurse
- Follow individualized care plans to ensure residents’ needs are met
- Participate in training sessions covering safety, communication, dementia care, and more
- Assist with other duties to support the team and enhance residents’ quality of life

- The ability to speak, read, and write English for effective communication
- Physical capability to lift or occasionally exert 50–100 pounds
- Basic skills in meal prep, cooking, and serving
