EQ Office (EQ) and ShopCore Properties (ShopCore), both Blackstone portfolio companies, merged into one entity (the Company) in September 2024 to drive scale and form a diversified, best-in-class commercial real estate platform. Role Summary :
The Director, Compensation & Talent Operations is responsible for the design, implementation, and management of the organizations compensation programs and all Workday related, talent operations functions (onboarding, pay changes, promotions, etc.). This role reports to the SVP, Head of People & Culture and is based in the office, 5 days a week.
