Role Summary :
The Director, Compensation is responsible for the design, implementation, and management of the organizations compensation programs. This role reports to the SVP, Head of People & Culture and is based in the office, 5 days a week.
Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct benchmarking and competitive analysis to ensure the EQ's compensation philosophy is competitive and make recommendations and changes accordingly.
- Spearhead annual compensation cycle, guiding EQ through the process from start to finish.
- Evaluate different salary surveys to ensure the data that EQ is using to benchmark is most applicable to the needs of the organization.
- Design and manage current LTI program and its ongoing evolution to remain competitive.
- Assist with designing alternative employee incentives and support the operation and execution of the programs.
- Develop and implement communication strategies to effectively convey compensation programs / updates to employees.
- Play key role in annual budget cycle to ensure compensation ranges used are market competitive.
