Reporting to the Fleet Maintenance Manager, you'll be responsible for performing a wide range of repairs and maintenance on our vehicles and equipment.
Responsibilities
Team Powered:
- Utilize your welding and fabricating skills as needed, collaborating with team members to complete repairs efficiently and effectively.
Making it Easy:
- Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems to ensure smooth operations without delays.
- Complete detailed reports on maintenance tasks and electronically record work performed, streamlining communication and ensuring accurate records.
It's Handled:
- Dismount and mount tires with precision, ensuring optimal performance and safety for each vehicle.
- Stay compliant with OSHA, FMCSA, and DOT safety regulations, knowing that safety is always our top priority.
Driven to Innovate:
- Repair and maintain brake systems for optimal safety, utilizing the latest techniques and tools to stay ahead of potential issues.
- Conduct thorough inspections to ensure vehicles are road-ready, always looking for innovative ways to improve and maintain peak performance.

- Licensed inspection mechanic with expertise in electronic diagnostics, and required DOT and state certifications.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform basic math and writing tasks.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- CDL Class A inspection license is a must.
- Successful candidates will pass employment verification, drug testing, and criminal background checks.
- Clean driving record with no major DOT accidents or serious traffic violations in the last 3 years.
