YOUR IMPACT
As a Customer Billing Analyst, you will play a critical role in managing the billing cycle, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. You will also address billing-related inquiries, foster collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, and maintain up-to-date systems and records to optimize billing and payment processes. You will:
- Ensure accurate and timely issuance of invoices, process customer payments, and resolve discrepancies.
- Monitor overdue accounts, negotiate payments, and escalate unresolved cases as needed.
- Educate customers on billing policies, resolve inquiries, and maintain professional communication.
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to streamline billing and collections.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM, audit data quality, and ensure seamless integration with accounting tools.
- Adhere to company policies and regulations, and provide management with detailed collection reports.
THIS IS YOU
- You bring 5 years of professional experience, out of which 3 years in billing and 2 years in customer support services or sales or a similar role.
- Proficient in using accounting software and databases(e.g., Business Central, Sage, SAP, or similar platforms).
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) is a must.
- Experience with business application management and data integration between CRM and accounting platforms is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English. Additional languages are a plus.
- You excel in written and verbal communication and have strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- You are detail-oriented, with excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Comfortable working independently while thriving as part of a collaborative team.
- You approach challenges with a proactive, goal-oriented mindset, ensuring efficient and accurate billing processes.

Salary : $85,000 - $87,000
