YOUR IMPACT

As a Customer Billing Analyst, you will play a critical role in managing the billing cycle, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. You will also address billing-related inquiries, foster collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, and maintain up-to-date systems and records to optimize billing and payment processes. You will:

• Ensure accurate and timely issuance of invoices, process customer payments, and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor overdue accounts, negotiate payments, and escalate unresolved cases as needed.
• Educate customers on billing policies, resolve inquiries, and maintain professional communication.
• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to streamline billing and collections.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM, audit data quality, and ensure seamless integration with accounting tools.
• Adhere to company policies and regulations, and provide management with detailed collection reports.

THIS IS YOU

• You bring 5 years of professional experience, out of which 3 years in billing and 2 years in customer support services or sales or a similar role.
• Proficient in using accounting software and databases(e.g., Business Central, Sage, SAP, or similar platforms).
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) is a must.
• Experience with business application management and data integration between CRM and accounting platforms is highly desirable.
• Fluency in English. Additional languages are a plus.
• You excel in written and verbal communication and have strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• You are detail-oriented, with excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Comfortable working independently while thriving as part of a collaborative team.
• You approach challenges with a proactive, goal-oriented mindset, ensuring efficient and accurate billing processes.
