EQT Partners Inc. is looking for a CR Assistant to support their Client Relations and Capital Raising (previously known as Investor Relations) Team in New York. You will be directly supporting one Partner & Co-Head of CR, and a few additional associates as the team expands, – joining 11 other New York team members who work in a highly collaborative dynamic.
Candidate profile:
- 5+ years of experience as an assistant / coordinator from finance background (Private Equity / Investor Relations experience preferred)
- Experience and interest in:
- Travel and logistic coordination (domestic and international)
- Comprehensive Calendar management
- Working with contact/client databases
- Work in an international environment
- Experienced user of Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Excel, Word
- Experienced user of G-Suite (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google docs, Google sheets)
- Familiar with Slack
- Familiar with Expense reporting
- Familiar with CRM (Salesforce or other CRM system)
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Travel management
- Travel arrangements (car transportation/commercial flights/private charters/hotel), extensive domestic and international roadshow planning s and logistics
- Be readily available during travel periods to effectively and calmly handle travel changes
- Time management
- Maintain and update the global Client Relations and Capital Raising calendar
- Book and coordinate internal and external meetings (familiar booking within multiple time zones)
- Setup conference calls with internal and external parties
- Preparation of material
- Prepare material, update and edit presentations
- Print, bind and distribute presentations
- Conferences
- Assist with organizing the local New York Annual Investors Meeting
- Register team members for industry specific conferences
- Arrange and coordinate internal conferences

- Register and update contacts in internal databases
- Manage and update statistics

- Back-up other assistants on an ad hoc basis
