Location: Memphis, US - Hybrid
We’re looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join a growing finance team within a global health and wellness company that operates across 20 countries. In this role, you'll focus on enhancing financial performance and cost efficiency through insightful analysis and collaboration with department stakeholders.
As an FP&A Analyst, your primary responsibilities will include analyzing monthly expenses, preparing management-ready reports, supporting budget creation, and contributing to strategic planning efforts that impact the broader P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and is confident translating complex financial data into actionable insights.
What You’ll Do
- Analyze monthly expenses and highlight variances vs. budget
- Prepare and present detailed reports to management
- Identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities across departments
- Collaborate with department leaders on annual budgeting
- Ensure adherence to financial policies and internal controls
- Assist in forecasting and strategic planning with a focus on financial statement impact
- Recommend process improvements and cost-efficiency measures
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis (consumer goods experience preferred)
- Strong Excel skills and familiarity with financial modeling
- Hands-on experience with ERP/accounting systems (Sage or NetSuite preferred)
- Power BI experience is a plus
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- High attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset
