We’re hiring a Staff Accountant to join the Partner Support team at a growing national network of essential home service companies. This role is perfect for someone who loves digging into the details of accounting operations while contributing to larger process improvements across a multi-entity organization.
You’ll serve as a financial point of contact for one or more partner brands, supporting daily and monthly accounting operations, ensuring consistency in financial practices, and helping with the adoption of new systems and standards. This role requires strong accounting fundamentals, hands-on experience with general ledgers and ERP systems, and a drive to deliver clean, accurate financials — all while collaborating closely with local partner teams.
What You’ll Do
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations for assigned partner entities
- Prepare monthly close entries, reconciliations, and financial reports
- Collaborate with partner controllers to enforce best practices and drive accuracy
- Assist with the adoption of companywide systems like Sage Intacct and transitions from QuickBooks
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and US GAAP
- Support internal and external audit processes
- Identify process improvements and contribute to standardizing reporting across the organization
- Provide financial insights and analysis to help partner leaders make better decisions
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3–5 years of experience in accounting or audit roles
- Experience with multi-entity accounting, consolidations, or franchise-type environments preferred
- Familiarity with accounting software such as Sage Intacct or QuickBooks
- Strong Excel skills and a sharp attention to detail
- Working knowledge of US GAAP
- CPA or CPA track a plus, but not required
